Added some validation code to force the CME retractions to have the format:

HH:MM:SS  XXX.XX deg  followed by a comment this should address the error we say on saturday.

Kcor realtime software changed to capture all 4 camera temperatures into the header.  There was also a clean up of the L0 COMMENTS to put then back together into one block and cleaned up the comment text to point to the correct website.
