Internet down

Looks like there is a network issue in the Barnes building.  Atlas/network UPS was beeping when we came on site.  The beeping was reset but it looked like the network was online. But facility still appears down.

SGS prox sensor 5 V power supply failed.

On startup this morning all 3 prox sensor (home, +/- EOT travel) LEDs lite up on the GUI front panel.  Trouble shooting showed the SOLA 5-5-100 T power supply did not have an "OK" led illuminated and the output showed 0 V while the input had the expected 120 V.     Further troubleshooting with the prox sensor load disconnected showed no short on the load side.

Power supply was then replaced with an onsite spare.  New PS shows 5 V output and prox sensors show expected behavior.

Note the prox sensors do not effect guiding performance in SGS they are only used to provide feedback to the observer about were we are in the dec arm range and to provide and to provide an end of range limit system to prevent the dec arm from hitting a physical end of range.

Rebooting the Atlas inverter per instructions from that team brought the internet back online.

Electricians cleaned up the old inverter step.  Installed the 2-15K s  that we plan to use, and are in the process of connected up the missing solar panels.  

The outside team is in the process of connecting up all of the panels, during the last version ~8 were never cabled into a string.
