ucomp hardware changes  

The dark shutter power supply popped a fuse.   The fuse F-3 was replaced and the shutter is operational again.

Troubleshooting, showed the ucomp-controller showed delays waiting for the shutter (started yesterday) and  Mech-controller appeared to hang or act slow when the shutter move button is pressed.

Then the piggy back in the dome cover was pulled off to find the shutter driver VDC which should have been 24 V but we got 0 V.  Opening the piggy back power supply box, power was found on the input filter but not on the shutter power supply.  Fused F-3 was checked to find that it had blown.

On replacing with the fuse with a spare the shutter started working from the mech-controller again.

So far I am not seeing filterwheel issues now that the darkshutter contoller has been removed.  More remote work to continue tomorrow.
