Grabbed an extension cord from R.stairs building, plugged it into the NDACC building and then brought that into the barnes building and powered up our cables. Power cycled the batteries in the barnes building seemed like it brought everything back up but the correct way is: Turn off the two breakers in the inverter line and grid. Turn off the round switch on the left of the inverter. then power cycle the batteries and then reverse the order to start up.
