Third row of solar panels are up and secured to the board walk. Fourth row of frames have the fronts secured, will continue to mount and secure the panels and frame tomorrow.

The SGS rewiring is now complete. Final wire and cable tie downs will be completed tomorrow then it is on to testing.

Updated the kcor observing code to support a "TESTING" mode.  This Draws an ugly "TESTING" text box behind the other widgets on the GUI and sets a new L0 fits keyword TESTING to T when set.   When out of testing mode the "TESTING" text is hidden and the keyword is set to false.

Fixed the power on the temporary battery pack to allow both 220 dome control and 120 instrument use at the same time.

Kcor computer is still having trouble running some programs like the fits viewer.   We are attempted to address this by doing all available windows updates.  Progress is on going.
