Kcor realtime software

Updated kcor SGS averaging code to compute targets based on the last N "good" values.  Current setting has N = 80.     At this point the SGSRAZR/SGSDECZR keywords should hold fixed values for the first ~20 minutes of observations then start tracking the mean error of the last 80 values for every new image after the first 80.

Working with NETs and UH we have a good config for the high power routers and should be able to switch over to it when we re-power the building with minimal (1 minute?) downtime.  The issue was 2 config settings for link speed and ip addresses in the MLSO side equipment. 

After completing the test we reverted the config we were running this morning.

Kcor realtime software.  

A bug was found in the Kcor SGS code.  Instead of not processing non-coronal (or bad) images NaN's were queued causing the code to never compute new values for the guider.  A fix is in place but cannot be tested with the poor weather.
