I put the dark shutter in the beam and went to the dome thinking that perhaps the dome had clipped the observing area, When I got to the dome I could hear the RA Mechanism make an audible click about once every thirty to forty seconds. I thought that perhaps the RA needed to be adjusted. To preserve power while I was working on the RA Mechanism I turned off the Kcor and SGS computers. Prior to making any adjustments to the RA Mechanism I wanted to manually move the spar through it's RA range of motion to see how it felt. When doing this I immediately noticed that the cables that run along the spars west face were getting caught up and pinched when the spar tried to follow the Sun's movement low into the western sky. I redressed the cables along the spars west face and started the SGS again. It is now running smoothly with no issues. I have restarted the Kcor computer and the instrument is again observing. ___end___ GENERAL COMMENT BY mcotter: Tue Jul 07 02:11:21 GMT 2026 Eco Flo readings are as follows: Input at this time is approximately 700 W.
