UPS batteries were swapped out but not connected, per-advice from NETs.  Batteries shall be reconnected just before we re power.  This gives us a slight head start bringing the UPS back online quicker once power is restored.

Kcor dark shutter voltages were checked at the D880C controller in the NEMA box.  Command voltages look to be ~5 volt not 70 as suggested in some uniblitz docs.    I think this related to using the wrong set of documents and assumptions.   I would like to better understand the "correct" answers before opening the optics box to measure the voltages at the shutter itself.
