Guider/spar we were seeing some RA oscillation moving the wight on the string off the t-handle onto the West counterweight seems to have addressed this.  Seems like we may be seeing more RA backlash.

Swapped out the mc4u cooling fan block with the spare mc4u fans.  

The fan system has 3 fans of which only 2 were turn, and the system is/was loud.  After swapping all 3 are working but it still seems kind of loud.
