Once you've gotten email that your tape is done, like: "ckcp99110 is done" you can print out the output files with:

This step also insures that the instrument and code at MLSO is operating properly.
Gather the printouts from haon for your day. Staple the output pages from long days together.

Retain these printouts for one year.
Once you are absolutely sure the data has been archived to the MassStore with no errors, you may delete all the files that exist.
